Beloved Brothers and Sisters All,

By way of introduction, in the Ashtar Command, I am called Mari-el Novios. That is my Command name. I am here on Earth assignment, but my original HU-man embodiment was in Alpha Centauri and I have lived many more lives on planets other than Earth than I have on Earth. In the present embodiment, I came here as a walk-in (soul exchange) rather than through the normal birth process. At a soul level, I am part of the same soul family as Cmdr. Ashtar Sheran, who is administrative head of the Ashtar Command. My Command mission includes serving as a liaison from and channel for Cmdr. Ashtar here on Earth and “other duties as assigned.” (You can’t get away from having THAT tacked onto your job description even at the etherian levels!) At the Earth human level, I am a woman, wife, mother, engineer, writer, student and teacher of energy healing, ordained interfaith minister and, hopefully, most of the time, an ordinary caring person.

My short autobiography above makes me unique in my own way, as is every soul in the Universe, wherever embodied, but it also makes me have a great deal in common with all of you. Many of you here on Earth now are Star-seeded, have had lives on other planets and in other dimensions and are here on what would be called a mission as part of the bigger Mission, the Mission of helping Earth (Shan, Terra) and all her inhabitants to “Ascend” (move to a higher vibrational frequency). Some of you are walk-ins, some of you were born into your Earth body this time. We are ALL children of the Prime Creator/God/Goddess/Great Spirit. That makes us all brothers and sisters within that Loving Energy!

By the way, please do not put me or any walk-in upon a pedestal. We came as walk-ins simply because, for whatever reason in each of our cases, it was the most efficient way to get here in this lifetime. Whether walked-in, born-in, or (as one of my friends claimed she was) “shoved-in,” we are all here together and all equal in the sight of God, by whatever name we call that Loving Creator Entity.

I am writing this today with the assistance and overshadowing of Cmdr. Ashtar. He and I have been talking about the need right now to say what we shall say together today. So, we send this to all who shall read it with our Love and our utmost respect for each of you as Brothers and Sisters in Light and Comrades in a common mission.

What is the Ascension? In simplest terms, it is the raising of the frequency of a living being, including planets, which are living beings. This Ascension here on Earth is designed to bring Earth, and all of her inhabitants who wish to go, vibrationally into the fifth dimension. Yes, it is that simple in scientific terms!

Ashtar and I have felt the need for some common sense and simple talk about this topic, as there is SO much information being passed around now on this topic. Some of this information is good, accurate to some small or large degree and basically positive and supportive. Some information is not accurate and is designed to induce limitation or fear, either of which is contrary to the whole idea of Ascension; therefore, writings of this sort, even if purported to be “channeled” or written by Master X, Lady Y or Space Commander Z, are not coming from a higher-vibrational level and are either deliberately crafted distortions or may actually be channeled, but are coming from an astral entity masquerading as a higher-level teacher or guide.

So, a word about channelings, Dear Ones. You MUST learn to use discernment when reading channeled material, or, for that matter, when reading or hearing the words of anyone who would present himself or herself as a Teacher. The subject of discernment is one which we may discuss a bit more at length in a future conversation. However, “in a nutshell,” please develop a strong working relationship with your own Inner Knowing and use this connection to DISCERN. That is extremely important now!

In several group channelings which Ashtar has done through me, he has said that since planet Earth and her inhabitants are now slated for Ascension, that it is actually harder to resist and stay stuck in older, lower frequencies than it is to just let go of old limitations and go with the flow of the Ascension! Letting go of old limitations, by the way, does NOT mean letting go of your earth responsibilities, such as the care of your children, in order to run off to a mountaintop or an island in order to plant crystals and OHM yourself into Nirvana! You may be guided to do some things which might still be considered “unusal” by some of your friends and family; however, if that “guidance” tells you it is OK to walk out on or run away from people whom you have soul-contracted responsibility for (such as your children) or it is OK to contract obligations knowing you have no way to meet them, then, please do question that guidance using strong DISCERNMENT! There’s that D word again!

Of this Ascension business, let us say that there is NO “only way” to do it! If anybody tells you that what he or she is doing or what their guru is teaching is “the only way” to make Ascension, run, do not walk, from this person or teacher! They are attempting to impose their own limiting belief upon you, and in the process, to place FEAR within you that if you don’t do it their way, you will not “make the cut.”

Please remember the simple saying “One destination, many paths.” That is Truth and it certainly applies to Ascension. The scientific and spiritual Truth of Ascension is that it involves raising your vibrational level and walking in Light. Period!!!

Some of you may be spiritually fed in this process by participating in a spiritual path, church, group or practice. Being part of an established religion, by the way, neither guarantees your “salvation” nor prohibits your Ascension. In all religions, there is Truth and there is dogma.  Some people have used and are using membership in a religion as an aid to discovering their spirituality and making their Ascension. Conversely, some people who have never set foot inside a church, temple, mosque, etc., nor ever heard spiritual teachings from any clergy member, are also making their Ascension.

From the Cosmic Galactic levels, much energy is now being directed onto planet Earth which we shall just refer to simply as “Ascension energies.” These energies are a gift from the levels of Godhead to assist all of you to raise your frequency. Granted, the way some of you have been feeling recently due to these energies, you are probably thinking, “This is a GIFT???? Sure glad it’s not a punishment!”

We wish to reassure you that YES, these energies ARE a gift! The physical effects you feel are due to an accelerated clearing-out by your physical and your energetic bodies of old, lower-level toxins and vibrations of any kind. Our advice is to nurture yourselves through this, take good care of your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies and (are you ready???) GO WITH THE FLOW!

On the physical level, you may be guided to change certain things you have done in the past, let go of and clear any addictions, and add new foods, exercise and practices which are higher-level and support you in your individual Ascension process. Again, there simply is NO “one size fits all” in this process. For some of you, being or becoming vegetarian or vegan is to be your best path. For some of you, the consumption of some animal protein is still best for your physical vehicle. We would suggest in this regard only that if you consume animal products, please intend to consume only those taken with respect for the animal who gave its life or its milk or eggs, and not produced in any way which involved fear-producing cruelty to the animal or in which the animal was fed substances which would ultimately prove harmful to any person ingesting its meat, milk or eggs.

Sex? Have we got your attention? Good! Let’s talk about sex, then, in the Ascension process! Again, please do not buy into the teaching that you must be celibate or even practice Tantric sex exclusively in order to ascend. Simply not true! The sexual act is/was a gift from Creator, therefore it is NOT “dirty” in any way nor was it meant to NOT be enjoyed. Having said that, let us also say that the sex act is one of the areas in which the most “darkness” has crept in on planet Earth, not because the act itself is dark or evil or dirty, but because humans vibrating in those lower vibrations have perverted it to make it so by using sex as a tool for control, punishment, manipulation, domination, laying of guilt etc. The act of sex, when it is truly used responsibly as an act of making LOVE, is very beautiful and very pure. Tantric sex practices are beautiful and we would encourage any of you drawn in that direction to explore, learn and enjoy. However, we say again, it is not necessary for you to practice Tantra exclusively or to be celibate in order to Ascend.

Speaking for both Cmdr. Ashtar and for myself, we wish to say that we send forth this discussion today with the intention that it will bless each and all of you who read it and that it will encourage you in your Ascension and bolster your faith in the Light and in the ultimate triumph upon planet earth of that which is loving and supportive of you in living as the perfect expression of God which you are and were created to be!
