The most useful book an expectant mother can pick up to assist herself with the enormity, on so many levels, of birthing a child whilst re-birthing oneself and one's relationship with Self, mother, inner-parent and more. It deals with issues like pain, fears, strengths, needs and a whole lots more. A worthwhile process to work through before embarking on motherhood!

A book I couldn't put down. I loved reading about the blossoming of this man as he undergoes an experience I could only wish to truly connect with. Well worth reading if you enjoy the inspiration one gets from listening to the journey of others.
